Welcome to A&J Moalboal Eco Retreats. By booking or staying with us, you agree to the following simple terms designed for fairness and comfort for everyone.

• A booking is confirmed once payment or deposit is received.
   
• Prices include local taxes unless stated otherwise.
   
• We accept online transfers, GCash, and other approved payment methods.
   

• Check-in: 2:00 PM • Check-out: 11:00 AM
   
• Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request.
   

• Cancellations made 7 days or more before arrival are refundable (minus small processing fees).
   
• Cancellations made less than 7 days before arrival are non-refundable.
   
• No-shows are charged in full.
   
• In case of typhoons or emergencies, we allow free rebooking.
   

• Please respect other guests, staff, and local customs.
   
• No loud noise, parties, or illegal activities.
   
• Damaged items or missing property may be charged at cost.
   

• The resort is built to strong safety standards and includes emergency kits and a safe room for rare typhoon or earthquake events.
   
• Guests join tours and activities at their own risk; we encourage proper care and use of provided safety gear.
   

• We are an eco-resort. Kindly minimize plastic use, water waste, and electricity consumption.
   
• Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas.
   

While we take every measure for your safety, A&J Moalboal Eco Retreats is not liable for accidents, loss, or damage to personal belongings during your stay.

A portion of our profits supports local schools, church, and families. Guests may choose to contribute voluntarily — never required.
