Every stay, tour, and purchase contributes to a small but steady cycle of good: our partners earn fairly, guests see where their money goes, and the community grows stronger around us.

🏫 School Supplies Drive – local Elementary Schools
Many children walk to school with big smiles but empty bags. Every few months, we set aside part of our resort profit to help provide the basics — notebooks, pencils, crayons, and school shoes.
We coordinate directly with the local teachers, who tell us what’s most needed. Everything is bought from small neighborhood shops so the money stays within the community.
💰 How It Works
- 3–5 % of our monthly profit is dedicated to the school fund.
- Items are purchased locally and delivered by our staff and volunteers.
- Each event is photographed and logged on our transparency board and website (with consent).

Our local church has always been a place of gathering and strength — a space where faith meets everyday kindness.

- Around 5 % of monthly donation income goes directly to the church’s community programs.
- All contributions are handed to the church treasurer, recorded, and reviewed quarterly.
- Guests are welcome to visit or attend Sunday service while in Moalboal.

Behind every coconut and every meal is a local family working quietly.
We support small farmers and fishermen in Moalboal and Alcantara by buying directly, paying fairly, and helping them continue their craft.
Each time a guest joins a tour, enjoys a local meal, or buys something from our shop, a small portion goes into our Livelihood Fund, used to repair fishing nets, replace tools, or buy new seedlings.

- 5 % of income from local goods and tours goes to this fund.
- Beneficiaries are chosen from among our partner families and neighboring farmers.

When storms, illness, or accidents hit, we act quickly.
Our Emergency Fund is a shared safety net for local families and staff — used for food packs, medical help, or rebuilding after typhoons.
We don’t wait for big organizations. We help immediately, using funds already set aside from our operations and guests’ optional contributions.

- Guests can add ₱100–₱300 to their stay to join this effort.

- Berto’s Marine Tours: 70% of each trip goes to crew, fuel, and boat upkeep; 30% covers coordination and reef protection.
- Ramil Transport: 85–90% of every fare goes directly to the driver; 10–15% covers scheduling and resort coordination.
- Lina’s Family Farm: Paid 10–15% above market price for organic produce and herbs; all payments made upon delivery.
- Dela Cruz Caretaker Couple: Receive 15–20% above minimum wage, free housing and meals, plus 5% high-season profit share.
